Growth Associate, Sales

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and qualify target CRE ownership groups and brokerage firms worth targeting
• Utilize HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and internal tooling to build and manage pipeline
• Learn how complex CRE organizations actually operate so you can reach the right stakeholders
• Learn and execute the full sales cycle alongside senior reps, with a direct path to carrying your own quota
• Develop repeatable prospecting systems and AI workflows that help you work smarter and faster
• Learn the CRE industry from the ground up - we will teach you everything you need to know

Qualifications

• You’ve competed and performed somewhere before - whether in sales, leasing, hospitality, athletics, customer service, or any environment where results mattered
• You bring energy, strong communication skills, and genuine curiosity about people, business, and technology
• You’re coachable, self-aware, and motivated to improve quickly through repetition and feedback
• You stay organized, move with urgency, and can manage multiple priorities without constant oversight
• You want to be in the office, on the sales floor, learning in real time alongside experienced reps and leadership
• You’re excited by the idea of building skills that compound over the rest of your career

Compensation & Perks

• Base salary: $50,000-$55,000
• On-target earnings (OTE): $80,000-$90,000 (uncapped)
