Growth Associate

About the role

This is an opportunity to join an early-stage company experiencing exceptional growth and help build the growth engine from the ground up. You'll work across marketing, product, operations, analytics, and GTM initiatives, owning high-impact projects that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize multi-channel growth campaigns across email, LinkedIn, SEO, paid media, outbound, and events.
• Support growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and conversion to identify new opportunities for scale.
• Analyze campaign and funnel performance, build reporting, and uncover actionable insights.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on onboarding, lifecycle, referral, and product-led growth initiatives.
• Help execute conferences, customer events, webinars, and field marketing programs.
• Collaborate closely with Growth, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and company leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Take ownership of cross-functional projects that help accelerate company growth.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in growth, marketing, business operations, consulting, startups, strategy, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into action.
• Highly resourceful, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excitement for startups, AI, and high-growth environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute wherever needed.

Bonus points

• Experience with B2B SaaS.
• Exposure to growth experimentation, GTM systems, or product-led growth.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics, CRM platforms, or growth tools.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
