Growth Architect, United States – BCG X
or drop it." Locations could be considered metadata; we can include a short
listing locations. Also we should not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove those. We need sections only when there is real specific content. So we can have: -
About BCG
(combining Who We Are and We Are BCG X) -What You'll Do
-What You'll Bring
-Compensation and Benefits
(since we have pay and benefits) - PossiblyLocations
if we want to include but it's metadata; maybe just abefore sections. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state pay and benefits, so we can combine. We must use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities (What You'll Do) we need a list. For requirements (What You'll Bring) also list. For benefits also list.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the bullet points as they appear.
We need to convert the prose paragraphs into
. For lists, each bullet becomes
- .
We must not include duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. So remove the EEO paragraphs at end and the "FOR U.S. APPLICANTS:" etc? Actually the pay info is under "FOR U.S. APPLICANTS:" but we need to keep the pay info. The EEO statement after that we should remove. Also the later "Boston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." duplicate, remove.
Also remove "Additional info" heading? We can incorporate its content into appropriate sections (like work expectations). The "Additional info" includes: must live within reasonable commuting distance, expected in office as directed, accelerated path, extended hours, travel to client sites. That's substantive; we can put under a section like "Work Expectations" or incorporate into responsibilities? Better to make a section "Work Expectations". Since it's specific content, we can create a heading.
But we need to follow instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine "What You'll Do" and "Work Expectations" into responsibilities? But they are distinct: responsibilities vs expectations. Could make a section "Role Overview" containing both? However we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should stick to those headings if applicable. So we can have: - About the role (maybe combine Who We Are and We Are BCG X) - Responsibilities (What You'll Do) - Requirements (What You'll Bring) (maybe also include degree) - Benefits (Benefits) - Pay (Pay) - Possibly Schedule? Not given. We also have locations; could be a short
before sections. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state pay and benefits, so we can. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual numbers. Now we need to extract the content. Let's parse: Locations: list of cities. Who We Are: paragraph about BCG. We Are BCG X: paragraph about BCG X. What You'll Do: list of responsibilities (multiple sentences, each starting with a verb). We need to turn each into
- . The list includes many items separated by line breaks? In the text they are separated by line breaks but not bullet points. We'll treat each sentence as a bullet.
What You'll Bring: list of qualifications/experience.
Additional info: includes:
- You must live within a reasonable commuting distance of your home office.
- As a member of that office, it is expected you will be in the office as directed.
- This role puts you on an accelerated path of personal and professional growth and development and so, at times, requires extended working hours.
- Our work often requires travel to client sites.
We could incorporate these into Responsibilities or a separate section like "Work Expectations". Since we have a "Schedule" heading possible but not given. Could put under Responsibilities as additional expectations.
Pay: "The first-year base compensation for this role is: $139,500 - $155,000 USD In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution."
Benefits: long paragraph describing benefits.
We need to output only HTML fragment.
Let's craft:
Locations: Boston | Chicago | Pittsburgh | Washington | New York | Brooklyn | Miami | Dallas | San Francisco | Seattle | Los Angeles | Manhattan Beach
