Growing a Vibrant Economic Ecosystem in Downtown Fresno

About the role

The FUSE Executive Fellow will support the City of Fresno in advancing a downtown soccer stadium's construction and coordinating additional commercial and residential investment in the surrounding area. This work aims to promote economic development and inclusion in the Downtown and Chinatown neighborhoods, leveraging catalytic investments including high-speed rail and a real estate investment trust.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in organizational transformation and change management, from practitioner to enterprise-level leadership
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise recommendations and action-oriented implementation plans
• Ability to develop and effectively implement both strategic and operational project management plans
• Ability to generate innovative, data-driven, and result-oriented solutions to complex challenges
• Strong communication skills, collaboration across multiple constituencies, and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders both inside and outside of government

Salary: $95,000
