Grower Assistant

About the role

Responsible for growing and maintaining crops in accordance with best practices and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor crop health and implement necessary treatments
• Manage irrigation systems and soil conditions
• Harvest crops at optimal times
• Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in agriculture or related field preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of agricultural practices and equipment
• Physical stamina for manual labor
• Good communication skills for working with team members and customers
