Grove City Retail Co-Manager

We are looking for an experienced manager to lead our team in a shared journey of growth and success.

About the role

As a Co-Manager, you will be actively engaged in the store’s processes and procedures to meet and exceed financial goals. You will lead and guide your team with passion to achieve the highest standards while exhibiting empathy. You will also execute the seasonal department’s daily, weekly, and yearly merchandising plans.

Requirements

• Previous big-box retail management experience
• Ability to process information and make sound business decisions
• Openness to relocation for promotion

Pay

Starting salary range: $68,000 to $75,400 plus annual bonus.
