Job Description

Pay Range: $23.26 - $29.08 / hour

Responsibilities

• Build a strong rapport and sense of community with members by maintaining a consistent coaching schedule and providing safe and motivating sessions for participants.
• Deliver classes within Chuze guidelines, arriving to each class with prepared with any necessary equipment and music with adherence to licensing agency requirements.
• Complete Chuze onboarding and training materials before teaching live sessions and maintain knowledge of updates.
• Maintain Chuze cleanliness standards during and after sessions and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily clean.
• Engage in the growth and development process by utilizing feedback received from the Fitness Manager through regular check-ins, training, and session evaluations.
• Maintain professional relationships through communication and teamwork with all Chuze staff to meet member and facility needs.
• Attend and participate in regularly scheduled Fitness department meetings and special promotional events to promote participation in Chuze Fitness offerings.
• Utilize the Fitness Communication Platform for essential department communications.

• Able to read, write, and speak clearly in English
• Walking and climbing stairs
• Leading and performing high-intensity workouts
• Able to lift at least 50lbs
