GROUP SALES SUPERVISOR - Arrowhead Stadium
Job Summary
The Group Sales Supervisor at Arrowhead Stadium monitors the food service operation to ensure top quality products and service. They deliver and serve food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain, ensuring the accurate execution of all events during their shift.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
- Ensures staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
- Maintains marketing by confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
- Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
- Logs and maintains food temperatures.
- Stocks, cleans, and maintains catering facilities and equipment.
- Serves food and beverages to guests.
- Resolves client issues to the best of their ability and communicates with the group sales manager.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
