Group Rooms Coordinator
About the role
As the Group Rooms Coordinator at The Westin Dallas Park Central, you will administer the operational and system processes for coordinating group arrival and departure. This includes verification of reservations, online bookings, and rooming lists. You will provide ongoing communication between the client, the hotel, and the commercial team to ensure all operational details are met.

Requirements
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Good judgment and proven experience interacting with customers and hotel management
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Marriott Brand systems is a plus
- Pride in your organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility in scheduling
