About the role

The Sheraton OKC is seeking a Group Rooms Coordinator to join their team. This role offers a set schedule and opportunities for further education in Revenue Management within Crescent Hotels & Resorts.

Responsibilities

  • Administer operational and system processes for coordinating group arrivals and departures.
  • Verify reservations, online bookings, and rooming lists.
  • Ensure ongoing communication between clients, the hotel, and the commercial team, meeting all operational details.

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Good judgment and proven experience interacting with customers and hotel management.
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position, such as a hotel Front Office role, is preferred.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of Marriott Brand systems is a plus.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate pride in professionalism, organizational skills, and time management. They should also possess strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, excellent organizational and analytical skills, good judgment, and proven experience interacting with customers and hotel management.
