Group Reservation Coordinator (Full Time) *free parking*
Responsibilities
- Process group reservations: Coordinate group booking details, including rooming lists, suites, event resumes, and billing requirements.
- Ensure seamless communication: Act as a liaison to verify and relay reservation information between internal and external stakeholders, including meeting planners, housing bureaus, convention teams, and the front office.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients, guests, and team members.
- Aid in special projects: Assist with coordinating departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments.
- Support administrative tasks: Assist department managers with clerical work such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying.
