Responsibilities

• Teach small-group authentic Pilates on a Reformer, adhering to class guidelines
• Deliver the Equinox Experience to members in each class
• Monitor exercise intensity and modify for participants as needed
• Ensure classes are full, start and end on time, and are taught regularly with minimal subbing
• Communicate with management on member feedback, equipment status, scheduling, and subbing

Requirements

• Completion of a Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training program or certification on all Pilates apparatus (mat, reformer, cadillac/trapeze, wunda chair, high/combo chair, barrels)
• Minimum of 400 hours of Pilates education through a certification program
• Valid copy of Pilates certification(s)
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience teaching Pilates classes
• Friendly, vibrant, and outgoing personality
• Regular access to email and phone communication

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, sit, walk, squat, bend, reach, push, pull, and safely spot/correct clients during sessions
