Responsibilities
- Set the vision and strategy for product portfolio development
- Drive real-world value in teaching and learning with innovative initiatives
- Lead annual product planning and accountability for team OKRs
- Manage commercial performance, including P&L targets and pricing strategies
- Engage regularly with users to understand their needs and priorities
- Research market trends and develop strategies to outperform competitors
- Oversee product development from concept to launch, ensuring quality execution
- Collaborate with marketing and sales on go-to-market strategies
- Mentor and coach product managers, fostering a culture of excellence
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years in a high-growth environment with 5 years managing product managers
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Experience in startup and growth contexts with shifting priorities
- Promised track record in product leadership for complex product lifecycles
- Strong execution skills with strategic instincts
- Exceptional influence and communication abilities
- Solid understanding of AI/ML technology integration
- Background in education or ed-tech is a plus
