Group Product Manager - Sequoia Expansion

Responsibilities

• Own and set the strategic direction of the portfolio, ensuring alignment across multiple initiatives
• Develop and nurture Product Managers and Business Analysts through coaching and clear expectations
• Lead complex projects as a player-coach while enabling team leads to maintain ownership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities, dependencies, and launch plans across the portfolio
• Create scalable models that efficiently translate regional operational needs into effective production capabilities
• Identify opportunities for improvement using data-driven insights, prioritizing project impacts
• Create measurable goals and readiness criteria to enhance the volume and range of title orders processed

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software or technology product management experience, with a focus on complex products or portfolios
• Proven track record leading product portfolios with successful outcomes and strategic balance
• Experience managing and developing Product Managers and Business Analysts
• Strong ability to navigate between portfolio strategy and hands-on problem solving
• Experience delivering enterprise software, particularly AI-enabled products, in fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated data fluency to inform decision-making using qualitative and quantitative evidence
• Ability to simplify complex business needs into actionable product roadmaps

Pay

$148,600 – $198,200 annually
