Accountabilities

Define and own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for an enterprise data product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Lead product discovery initiatives with business units, marketing teams, sales teams, digital organizations, and enterprise stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities.

Prioritize investments based on customer value, business outcomes, technical feasibility, and strategic importance.

Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team of data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists, establishing clear priorities, goals, and performance expectations.

Guide the delivery of scalable data products by partnering with technical teams on requirements, solution design, analytics approaches, data pipelines, and AI capabilities.

Apply strong knowledge of analytics, SQL, Python, data science concepts, and modern data platforms to support effective product decisions.

Partner with enterprise technology teams to influence architecture, governance, integration, and data quality strategies.

Drive the development of advanced capabilities such as customer data platforms, Customer 360 solutions, AI-powered insights, personalization, and digital analytics.

Translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations, product strategies, and executive-level communications.

Establish consistent product management practices across a growing data ecosystem while promoting data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, data products, analytics, data platforms, or related technical product leadership roles.
  • 3+ years of experience leading technical teams, including data analysts, data engineers, data scientists, or similar profiles.
  • Proven experience defining and delivering enterprise data product strategies, roadmaps, and scalable analytics solutions.
  • Strong technical foundation in analytics, data engineering, or data science, with professional experience using SQL and Python.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering and data science teams to build and launch enterprise-grade data products.
  • Ability to participate in architecture and technical design discussions while balancing business goals, customer needs, and technical constraints.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar technologies.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and business case development skills.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with experience coaching teams, motivating others, and building high-performing organizations.
