Group Product Manager, Credit and Data Platform
Vision and Strategy
Set vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Credit and Data Platform team including data services, third party integrations, credit underwriting, servicing and collections.
Execution
Lead platform-scale execution working closely with the Engineering, Product, Commercial, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, and Compliance teams to deliver a unified credit and data platform, simplify fragmented systems, and scale globally without compromising reliability or trust.
Customer Centric
Translate technical complexity back to customer impact and understand the needs of different customers.
Product
PM at heart with strong product instincts, data-based decision mindset, and highly focused on business impact. Demonstrated passion for AI-forward thinking.
Leadership
Demonstrated ability of setting vision and strategy for teams. Led teams of at least 3+ PMs. Strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
Communication
A clear, compelling communicator who influences senior leadership and is comfortable interacting with both internal and external stakeholders from varying disciplines and cultures.
Mindset
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward action and ability to move fast in the midst of ambiguity.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in credit and data products within a fast growing fintech environment.
- 3+ years of experience building credit products.
- Track record of delivering complex product and platform initiatives at scale.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with high autonomy and ownership.
- Passionate about AI-forward thinking.
- Strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.

Benefits
The annual base salary range for this role is $258,00 - $348,000 in San Francisco and $235,00 - $317,000 in Chicago, plus RSUs.
