Responsibilities

• Responsible for the growth, direction, financial performance, and leadership of the Mining Structural team, which provides structural engineering solutions for mining, mineral processing, aggregate, metals, and other heavy industrial operations; this includes work involving process plants, material handling systems, equipment support structures, foundations, platforms, access systems, and related production and support facilities.
• Coach and mentor
