Group Leader (Richmond Terrace)
About the role
Responsible for supervising and guiding children and adolescents for our JCC/Compass programs.
What You’ll Do
- Assisting the activities specialist/teacher of the activity you are given for the hour
- Assisting the children of your assigned group with their snack
- Attendance of participants in your group
- Overall supervision of children in their group
- Assisting with Homework help
- Facilitating certain activities such as plays, talent shows, games etc.
- Following all health department/DOE guidelines
Our Requirements
- Experience working with youth
- Organized and exhibit follow through on tasks and goals
- Must be 18 years of age or older

The Jewish Community Center of Staten Island was founded in 1929 with the goal of creating a home for the Jewish community by offering social, recreational, and educational activities. SALARY $17-$22 Hourly, commensurate with experience
