About the role
Responsible for leading a team of technicians in providing high-quality customer service and technical support during the evening shift at our Eden Prairie location.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Train and mentor team members
- Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions
- Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a customer service environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems
