About the role

Responsible for leading a team of technicians in providing high-quality customer service and technical support during the evening shift at our Eden Prairie location.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow
  • Train and mentor team members
  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a customer service environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of industry-specific software tools

Pay

$20.00 per hour

Schedule

3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
