- Support all fitness levels with coaching cues and modifications
- Foster a motivating and inclusive group environment
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in training spaces
- Promote the company’s Signature programming and culture
- Engage in ongoing coaching development and brand training activities
Qualifications
- Certified fitness professional in chosen format
- CPR/AED certification
- 1+ year teaching or coaching experience
- Ability to demonstrate and teach fitness concepts
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
