Group Home Caregiver

About the role

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll join a mission-driven team and create relationships that motivate us all every day.

Responsibilities

• Work in a group home setting with high medical needs and individuals with behaviors.
• Drive for at least 1 year after obtaining a driver’s license and maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting Sevita’s insurability policy.
• Assist individuals with personal hygiene.
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Engage in activities that promote community integration and enjoyment.
• Help individuals achieve developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

Requirements

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• A valid Driver's License for at least 1 year after permit period.
• A clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting Sevita’s insurability policy.

Monday-Friday, 6AM-10AM
