Group Fitness Instructor (General)

About the role

Group Fitness Instructors are needed to lead safe, fun, and effective group fitness classes at Crunch Fitness locations. The ideal candidate will have a background in teaching classes for clients of all levels, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, fun, and effective group fitness classes that get results
• Keep your certifications fresh and up-to-date
• Bring the Crunch vibe to life in every class
• Greet every member like a VIP and help them fall in love with fitness
• Be a team player, stay professional, and keep the positive energy flowing
• Attend team meetings and training's—because the best keep getting better!

Requirements

• Valid CPR Certification
• Nationally Accredited GFI Certification (AFAA, ACE, NETA, NASM preferred)
• OR valid Yoga, Schwinn/Ride, or Pilates Certification
• The willingness to travel between multiple locations to support class needs

Qualifications

• A certified fitness pro who can command a room and make workouts fun for every fitness level
• Someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and can deliver classes that leave members saying, "That was amazing!"
• A team player who loves music, movement, and a little muscle burn

Skills

• Experience teaching classes for clients of all levels
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and keep the vibes high
