Group Fitness Instructor (flexible, as-needed)

Passionate about helping others stay active and healthy? HealthFitness is looking for a dynamic Group Class Instructor to join our team in Warren, NJ. This flexible, fill-in opportunity is perfect for instructors who enjoy leading fun, energizing classes and making a meaningful impact when coverage is needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members
- Lead classes such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and strength training
Requirements
- Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety & Health Institute
- 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred
- Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems
- Must meet hiring requirements including pre-employment drug test
Pay
The compensation range for this role is $30/hr - $45/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
