Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recreational programs for various age groups
- Maintain and operate park facilities in accordance with safety standards
- Engage with the community to gather feedback and improve services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive community support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Physical Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Knowledge of local parks and recreation policies
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
