• Develop and implement recreational programs for various age groups

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Physical Education, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Knowledge of local parks and recreation policies
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
