Group Fitness Instructor
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced health & wellness professional who enjoys working with the older adult population, has a vibrant and outgoing personality, and a background in personal training, group fitness, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or other related experience. Join a developing team of like-minded professionals and grow with our company. Our trainers receive ongoing support and training and can build flexible schedules around other commitments.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in personal training or leading group fitness classes
- Previous background working with seniors (health and wellness, caregiving, or physical therapy is a plus)
- National Fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent)
- Proven experience in the health and wellness industry
- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Pay
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Our team of trainers enjoys the satisfaction of working with a group of like-minded fitness professionals who take our positions seriously while valuing creativity and innovation. We provide ongoing support and mentoring to newcomers, and most of our trainers stay and grow with us. Postings for openings are due to the expansion of services and service areas.
