Group Fitness Instructors for Group Fitness, Yoga, Pilates, HIIT or Bootcamp, Spin/Cycle, Dance Fitness. You live for the beat drop, thrive on sweat sessions, and get a rush from motivating others to crush their goals. Bring the energy, vibes, and passion to our Crunch Fitness team.

Group Fitness Class-ic Coordinator, General Manager, Franchise Owner/Operator
What We’re Looking For
A certified fitness pro who can command a room and make workouts fun for every fitness level. Someone who thrives in a high‑energy environment and can deliver classes that leave members saying, “That was amazing!” A team player who loves music, movement, and a little muscle burn.
Requirements
- Valid CPR Certification
- Nationally Accredited GFI Certification (AFAA, ACE, NETA, NASM preferred) OR valid Yoga, Schwinn/Ride, or Pilates Certification
- A smile that can light up the room (unofficial, but totally required)
- Willingness to travel between multiple locations to support class needs depending on locations
Skills
- Experience teaching classes for clients of all levels
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and keep the vibes high
