Group Fitness Instructor

About the Role

Crunch Fitness is seeking Group Fitness Instructors specializing in Yoga, Pilates, HIIT/Bootcamp, and Dance Fitness to lead high-energy classes and motivate members of all fitness levels.

What We're Looking For

• A certified fitness professional who can command a room and make workouts fun for every fitness level
• Someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and can deliver classes that leave members saying, “That was amazing!”
• A team player who loves music, movement, and a little muscle burn

Requirements

• Valid CPR Certification
• Nationally Accredited GFI Certification (AFAA, ACE, NETA, NASM preferred) OR valid Yoga, Schwinn/Ride, or Pilates Certification
• A smile that can light up the room (unofficial, but totally required)
• The willingness to travel between multiple locations to support class needs depending on locations

Special Skills

• Experience teaching classes for clients of all levels
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and keep the vibes high

Responsibilities

• Keep certifications fresh and up-to-date
• Bring the Crunch vibe to life in every class
• Greet every member like a VIP and help them fall in love with fitness
• Be a team player, stay professional, and keep the positive energy flowing
• Attend team meetings and trainings—because the best keep getting better!
