About the role
Group Fitness Instructors are needed at Crunch Fitness to lead safe, fun, and effective classes that get results. The ideal candidate will be a certified fitness pro who can motivate clients of all levels and thrive in a high-energy environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead safe, fun, and effective group fitness classes
- Keep certifications fresh and up-to-date
- Bring the Crunch vibe to life in every class
- Greet every member like a VIP and help them fall in love with fitness
- Be a team player, stay professional, and keep the positive energy flowing
- Attend team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Valid CPR Certification
- Nationally Accredited GFI Certification (AFAA, ACE, NETA, NASM preferred)
- OR valid Yoga, Schwinn/Ride, or Pilates Certification
- A smile that can light up the room
- The willingness to travel between multiple locations to support class needs
Qualifications
- Experience teaching classes for clients of all levels
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and keep the vibes high
