About the role

Group Fitness Instructors are needed at Crunch Fitness. Responsibilities include leading safe, fun, and effective group fitness classes, greeting members, staying professional, and attending team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, fun, and effective group fitness classes that get results
• Keep certifications fresh and up-to-date
• Bring the Crunch vibe to life in every class
• Greet every member like a VIP and help them fall in love with fitness
• Be a team player, stay professional, and keep the positive energy flowing
• Attend team meetings and training's—because the best keep getting better!

Requirements

• Valid CPR Certification
• Nationally Accredited GFI Certification (AFAA, ACE, NETA, NASM preferred) OR valid Yoga, Schwinn/Ride, or Pilates Certification
• A smile that can light up the room (unofficial, but totally required)
• The willingness to travel between multiple locations to support class needs depending on locations

Qualifications

Someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and can deliver classes that leave members saying, "That was amazing!"

Skills

• Experience teaching classes for clients of all levels
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and keep the vibes high
