About the role
A TITLE Boxing Club Coach is responsible for delivering a world-class experience. The position requires a strong ability to command, lead, and inspire others through a pre-designed workout. A TBC Coach must demonstrate a well-rounded knowledge of fitness and immerse themselves in the TITLE community & brand culture.
Responsibilities
- Prepare for and deliver on-brand classes using our daily programming
- Connect and Engage: Arrive early and stay post-class to connect with our team, members, and first-shots
- Professional Development: Attend monthly staff meetings and development workshops
- Lead by Example: Work out alongside members during class to amplify the energy
- Team Player: Assist the front of the house with pre- and post-class responsibilities
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- CPR and First Aid certification highly preferred
- Hold a nationally accredited fitness certification (ACE, ACSM, Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research, C.H.E.K, IFPA, NASM, NCSF, NESTA, NETA, NFPT, NSCA, PTA Global, W.I.T.S.)
- Boxing enthusiast preferred; however not a 'knock-out' qualification
- 1-2+ years of group fitness experience preferred
- Coach a minimum of 2-3 pre-designed TITLE workout classes per week
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
Compensation & Perks
