Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-designed sessions/workouts to groups of up to 36 clients
- Energize and motivate clients throughout class
- Build BFT class attendance and retain current clientele
- Teach proper technique to ensure clients have a safe and positive experience
- Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
- Have strong understanding of the different BFT sessions, as well as distinguishing features between each
- Handle member concerns when applicable
- Affiliate with sales associates and Sales Manager with studio tour and sales as needed
- Set up equipment and explain session intention and flow for prospects and new clients
- Coach sessions and keep subbing to a minimum
- Maintain strong social media presence to increase class following
Qualifications
- Must have a 4-year degree (in a related field) and/or a nationally recognized PT certification
- Coaching experience preferred
- Love of boutique fitness is a must – passion for strength training is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to create a high energy, positive environment that welcomes all people
- Fantastic communication that exudes energy AND empathy
- Love of connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals
- Passion for having fun daily and making every customer excited to train with BFT
- Exude charisma & thrive in a group environment
- Possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification
