Essential Duties
- Behaves in a manner that supports the agency's mission and follows personnel policies and procedures.
- Participates in planning and preparation for a variety of domestic violence intervention groups.
- Facilitates a variety of domestic violence intervention and/or child sex abuse groups.
- Completes individual assessment for group participants and enters data into eHana when assigned.
- Attends to the safety of victim/survivors and children.
- Safeguards timely maintenance of accurate record keeping and data input on clients enrolled in the group.
- Communicates regularly with co-workers and supervisors about the progress of clients and the development of groups.
- Regularly attends agency/program staff meetings and trainings, as designated.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education / Training: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field, required.
- Experience: Two (2) years’ experience and training working with families who have experienced domestic violence, child abuse and neglect, substance abuse, or another related field.
- Other: Possesses and maintains a valid driver’s license. Has daily access to an automobile. Possesses and maintains proof of no-fault insurance.
