About the role
The role involves facilitating group sessions, providing counseling services, and supporting clients in their recovery journey.
Responsibilities
- Facilitating therapeutic groups
- Counseling clients individually and in groups
- Assessing client progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in mental health or social services
- Licensed or license-eligible in a relevant field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Passion for helping individuals in recovery
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in mental health
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of addiction and mental health disorders

$40,000 - $50,000 annually
