Group Facilitator

About the role

As a Group Facilitator you will provide therapeutic treatment with an emphasis on evidence-based drug and alcohol treatment methods. You will facilitate scheduled groups and document sessions in the EMR, maintain applicable licenses and certifications, and meet State of California or other regulatory entity requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Clinical Director and/or Program Director and other professional staff to help develop comprehensive program of therapy, evaluation and treatment.
• Deliver appropriate topics to scheduled groups.
• Complete all group notes immediately after leading each group.
• Document all services provided in clients' medical record.
• Know company's policy and procedures, DSS, DHCS and Joint Commission standards and regulations.
• Adhere to all regulations and maintain accurate and timely client charting in compliance with clinical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed or certified (LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, AMFT or CADAC) in the state of application.
• Maintain license and certification required by state law in good standing.

Pay

Compensation range: $29‑31 hourly.

Schedule

Employment status: Part time. Schedule: Monday‑Friday 9am‑2pm. Work location: West Los Angeles, CA.
