Group Exercise Instructor
About the Role
The Petersburg Family YMCA is currently seeking part time enthusiastic, group exercise instructors to teach a variety of group exercise classes. They are looking for instructors to teach cycle, yoga, as well as general group exercise classes.
Responsibilities
- Teach a variety of group exercise classes, including cycle, yoga, and general group exercise formats
- Work flexible hours to meet members' needs, including evenings and some weekends
Pay
- Group Exercise Instructor: $20–$22 per hour
- Advanced Group Exercise Instructor: $27–$30 per hour
Requirements
- Current, nationally recognized group exercise certification (documentation required)
- Current CPR certification
- Current AED certification
- Current First Aid certification
