Group Exercise Instructor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced fitness instructor who is passionate about health and fitness and loves to empower people to achieve their goals. You will lead group fitness classes for people of all ages, motivating members to move their bodies and reach their fitness goals. As a natural teacher, you are energetic, self-motivated, and dedicated to helping others.

Responsibilities

• Teach scheduled group fitness classes
• Prepare appropriate equipment and music before each class
• Instruct members on proper techniques and equipment use
• Enforce facility rules and regulations

Requirements

• Group training certification (required)
• CPR Certification (required)
• 1+ years of group fitness instruction
• Able to perform exercises and movements as demonstrations to clients
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
