Group Event/Birthday Team Member

About the role

PINSTACK is the perfect place to party! We can accommodate all kinds of events in our various meeting spaces. Whether it's a corporate meeting, social outing or birthday party, our group and party hosts make it happen with a fun and friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Group Hosts: Host flawless events for corporate clients, schools, churches, etc.; responsible for setup and breakdown of every function; execute food and beverage aspect of events.
• Party Hosts: Create a fun and festive environment for children celebrating birthdays; welcome guests with a warm smile; assist with needs; serve food, beverages, and cake; sing Happy Birthday.
• Event Coordinator: Work in on-site sales office as first point of contact for guests inquiring about hosting events; assist Sales Managers by answering phones and gathering information; create contracts, take deposits, organize banquet event orders; ensure all parties have necessary information to execute a flawless event.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Group and party host positions require a Food Handlers certification.

Pay

• Group Hosts: Hourly base pay, plus the ability to earn tips.
• Party Hosts: Hourly base pay, plus the ability to earn tips.
• Event Coordinator: Hourly base pay.

Schedule

• Group Hosts: Schedules are flexible and vary depending on group business.
• Party Hosts: Party business is typically on weekends, with opportunity for other shifts during the week.
