Group Director/Physical Therapist
About the role
Whatcom Physical Therapy, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partners clinic, is growing and looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join their clinician-led team. The position is open at Ferndale and Blaine locations.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care
- Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care
- Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support long-term outcomes
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources
- Complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPMS
- Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate
Requirements
- Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist
- Commitment to patient-first, integrity-driven care
- Compassionate mindset and desire to build long-term patient relationships
- Interest in growing clinically and professionally within a supportive team

Additional Information
