Responsibilities
- Lead high-energy group cycling classes that motivate participants to reach their fitness goals.
- Develop and implement personalized training plans based on participant needs and abilities.
- Maintain a clean and safe studio environment, including equipment and facilities.
- Communicate effectively with participants, staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in fitness instruction or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Pass a background check.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in using fitness software and equipment.
Skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Knowledge of group fitness techniques and safety protocols.
