Group Copy Supervisor, Market Access

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Group Copy Supervisor, Market Access to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will guide the development of strategic, scientifically accurate copy for market access initiatives across multiple client projects. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to align content with client objectives, uphold quality standards, and support strong project execution from kickoff through delivery. The position also plays a key role in supervising medical writers, supporting their growth, and contributing to new business efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic, high-quality medical content across multiple projects
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives
• Assign staff and review project timelines during kick-off meetings
• Ensure content accuracy and adherence to project specifications
• Liaise with clients on strategy and content-related matters
• Supervise a team of medical writers and oversee their development
• Assist in preparing new business proposals and presentations

Qualifications

• BA/BS in life sciences or English with relevant experience
• 5-7 years of experience in medical communication, pharmaceutical, or healthcare settings
• Strong command of AMA style guidelines
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong skills in scientific search engines such as PubMed and Google Scholar

Pay

$117,000 – $165,000 annually
