MRM Health is seeking a Group Copy Supervisor to serve as a brand steward and category champion. This role involves deep brand understanding, competitive differentiation, and day-to-day writing responsibilities for healthcare/pharma-related HCP or DTC accounts. The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare, thinks strategically, and executes across various mediums and audiences.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Copy Lead for a portfolio of business, inspiring creative excellence across multiple brands.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure proper staffing, adherence to processes, and on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Develop expert knowledge of the brand, disease state, clinical trials, data, and competitive products.
- Present creative work and ideas for large initiatives/programs to clients; engage in solution-driven discussions.
- Proactively seek opportunities to grow the business and make strategic recommendations.
- Lead new business pitch opportunities and present at client meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the agency.
- Supervise multiple direct reports, oversee workload, provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, and support career development.
- Attend market research and workshops as needed.
Requirements
- 6-7 years of pharmaceutical copy supervisory experience in a fast-paced agency setting.
- Pharmaceutical and/or healthcare copywriting experience is required.
- A compelling portfolio must be included with your application.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Proven ability to engage in creative conversations internally and with clients.
- Motivation to seek additional creative opportunities and participate in new business pitches.
- Proactive about staying updated on industry trends to share new ideas with the team.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $135,000 to $150,000. Compensation within this range depends on factors such as experience, qualifications, market considerations, and budgetary constraints.
Schedule
Omnicom requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, with potential for additional in-office days as directed. The goal is to increase in-office attendance over time.
