Group Class Instructor/ Personal Trainer

Responsibilities

• Aid members in achieving their fitness goals and monitor their progress through goal setting, body fat analysis, nutritional counseling, proper use of fitness equipment, exercise form, etc.
• Create, advance, and lead members through training programs.
• Instruct members during small group fitness classes.
• Assist with front desk duties such as answering phones, giving tours, signing up new members, addressing member questions, and cleaning.
• Take ownership of growing your personal training revenue and meeting management goals.
• Respond promptly and professionally to member and guest concerns, suggestions, and complaints.
• Educate members on safe and effective exercise techniques.
• Show awareness of all current memberships and personal training offers.
• Generate leads and refer clients.
• Utilize ABC club management software to record all personal training sessions.
• Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with the department and management.

Requirements

• Nationally accredited personal trainers preferred.
• Outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills.
• Passion for fitness and helping others.
• Sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Personal trainers with relevant certifications.
