Group Class Instructor (on-call)

About the role

HealthFitness is seeking a motivated Group Class Instructor to join the fitness team at their corporate client site in Auburn Hills, Michigan. This on-call/substitute role is ideal for an instructor who enjoys flexible scheduling and teaching classes on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise classes such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.

Requirements

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Compensation

Compensation: $25 - $35/class. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
