Group Class Instructor (On Call)

About the role

HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, is seeking a dynamic Group Class Instructor to join the fitness team at their corporate fitness center in Spencer, Indiana. This is an on-call / substitute role with a flexible, as-needed schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fun, motivating classes that keep participants engaged and coming back for more.
• Provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.

Requirements

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
