About the Role

This position manages the client services team, providing tactical and strategic leadership. You will work directly with clients to ensure goals and objectives are met, owning the campaign process from inception to completion while supervising the client services team on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact between the client and client services team, ensuring brand strategy is effectively communicated and understood
  • Develop relationships and manage key opinion leaders
  • Maintain a full understanding of the client’s brand, therapeutic area, and objectives
  • Use independent judgment to bridge brand and creative strategy
  • Manage day-to-day client service operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Anticipate client needs and make proactive recommendations
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Lead and set an example for the client services team, delivering quality products to clients
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure quality control, including providing input on employee performance
  • Communicate project updates across all departments
  • Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports
  • Perform administrative tasks to meet client deliverables
  • Attend meetings to discuss client projects and provide status updates
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent discipline
  • Pharma agency experience required
  • Brand launch experience required
  • 7+ years of client services experience within a high-volume advertising agency
  • Self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Advanced PC experience with all MS Office Suite

Pay

$120,000 - $135,000 a year
