Responsibilities
- Agency Operations: Guides process, details, and helps develop tactical plans.
- Finances: Develops and administers clients’ budgets based on accurate estimating and tracking of hours, out-of-pocket expenses, and reconciliation against estimates. Raises client awareness when changes in direction affect estimates. Demonstrates thorough knowledge of contracts and their implications. Makes sound decisions regarding hours dedicated to jobs and prioritization. Understands all basic financial tools necessary for account management.
- Troubleshooting: Solution-oriented with the ability to identify when agency operations might go off track. Uses experience and judgment to proactively solve potential problems before they escalate. Identifies client issues and works with the Account Lead to moderate conflicts and influence management decisions.
- Knowledge:
- Understands the therapeutic category, the audience, and at least two channels.
- Basic knowledge of at least one other category and another audience.
- Continuously learning about technology.
- Demonstrates and applies knowledge of assigned brands.
- Ensures team adherence to agency process.
- Strategy & Vision: Works with the team lead to help develop communication objectives and strategies (e.g., marketing/brand platform briefs). Demonstrates passion for the brand.
- Tactics and Execution:
- Supports the development of marketing/brand platform briefs.
- Production: Manages the production of client-approved marketing tools.
- Creative: Collaborates on creative brief development.
- Works with team members to develop and prepare marketing communications plans and proposals.
- Communication: Communicates key client issues and initiatives to the team accurately and in a timely manner. Demonstrates the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Basic knowledge of PHCG businesses, offerings, and tools.
- Client Relationship:
- Builds trusting relationships with client counterparts.
- Maintains frequent, positive client contact with key clients.
- Supports the team lead to ensure everyone is focused on brand strategy and positioning: client, account team, and other internal departments.
- Agency Champion: Understands, communicates, and advocates the agency’s point-of-view (POV).
- Ensures the client is kept apprised of all account activity, including responsibility for timely and accurate written reports.
- Supports timely, accurate client documentation and correspondence.
Requirements
- Exhibits integrity and trust.
- Demonstrates self-development.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- MBA, Master’s in Marketing, or related discipline preferred.
- Experience in a healthcare communications environment preferred.
- HCP (Healthcare Professional) experience.
- 6+ years of experience.

Pay
Compensation Range: USD $97,375.00 - USD $155,961.00/Annually. This range reflects the pay the Company believes it will offer for this position at the time of posting. Compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant, along with the requirements of the position.
