About the role
The role involves maintaining and enhancing the grounds of a residential community, ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and attractive.
Responsibilities
- Maintain landscaping and gardens
- Clean common areas and facilities
- Manage waste disposal and recycling
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Perform light maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in groundskeeping or similar field preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic gardening techniques
- Understanding of safety protocols
- Attention to detail
Skills
- Proficient in using lawn mowers, trimmers, and other equipment
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
