Groundskeeper/Punch Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Create the first impression of the community by maintaining its exterior and common areas.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor and Technicians by ensuring the grounds are free of debris, walkways are clear, and public spaces are clean and presentable.
• Assist with apartment turnovers, minor repairs, and light landscaping.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for current and prospective residents.
