Groundskeeper - Highland Hills Golf (Seasonal)

About the role

The City of Greeley seeks seasonal Groundskeepers for its Highland Hills Golf Course. Responsibilities include assisting in the maintenance of high-quality golf grounds, facilities, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Cup setting, changing tee markers, string trimming, filling and raking sand bunkers, and mowing operations.
• Spot watering, syringing greens, and adding to the irrigation system.
• Applying fertilizers or pesticides as needed, along with other specialized tasks like irrigation, over-seeding, aerification, and topdressing.
• Assisting with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimal to no previous experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred

• Previous golfing experience.
• Experience with golf equipment and large-scale mowers.

• Basic understanding of the game of golf.
• Good manual dexterity.

Benefits

Scheduling varies and includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by federal law.

Pay

Anticipated hourly range: $15.16 - $18.46.
