Groundskeeper - Groesbeck Golf Course

About the role

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, playability, and safety of the golf course and surrounding grounds. This role supports daily golf operations by ensuring turf, landscaping, and course features are maintained to high standards that enhance the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and practice areas
• Aid with mowing, aeration, fertilization, and irrigation
• Rake and maintain bunkers
• Trim landscaping and natural areas
• Operate and maintain grounds equipment safely
• Identify and report maintenance or safety issues
• Assist with course setup and tournament preparation
• Follow all safety and environmental guidelines

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Groundskeeping or landscaping experience preferred but not required

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn equipment and turf care practices

Pay
